- Orders placed before 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday, are usually processed and dispatched the same working day, subject to payment confirmation and stock availability.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation. Tracking details will be provided where available.
3. Extended Delivery Items
While most products are held in stock for immediate dispatch, some specialist or high-demand items may require a longer processing time.
- Extended delivery items are typically dispatched within up to 14 days
- Where this applies, customers will be informed of the expected dispatch date
- If an order contains multiple items, available products may be dispatched first, with remaining items sent separately at no extra cost where possible
